This Vermont Life: Sugaring in 2016

Our 2016 crop is (literally) trickling in! The sap is running, the rig is boiling, and the barrels are filling! Our first boil of this year came early on March 8th! With less than ten boils into the season and over fifty barrels filled, we have already made over half our crop!
